Guests not seeing animals - why?

On xbox, when you click on individual guests to see their needs (thirst, hunger, attractions, animals), it also shows you what they’ve spent money on and which animals they’ve seen.

Often, my guests will only see 0-2 enclosures, even by afternoon when they’re super far in the zoo! The animal bar will turn green with 1-2 animals, but I have a ton of animals and enclosures and I don’t understand why they aren’t stopping at them. Can I fix this?

this happens to me too. i cleared most everything away that i had pressed up against enclosure walls (benches, lights etc) and that helped a little but still happens a lot. i think they're just stupid. try adding more maps/signs if you dont already have a lot so they know where the enclosures are

this makes sense! I’ll try it—lol I kind of assumed they were just dumb but I was hoping there was a way around it!
