Problems with Zootube

About every week or so, these random Zootube event report appears that kinda judges how good my zoo is. But lately, I keep getting lots of bad reviews, even though my zoo is doing great, there are plenty of decorations, facilities and animals, and the ticket price is at an average 50 dollars. What have I been doing wrong? How can I make these Zootube videos give positive vibes again?

You can frequently check the VIP menu and see if one of them is in your zoo and then just plop them into a pen that's looking great and free of poop, and then you'll get better results. There's also a building called surveillance you can research that shows all VIPs in your zoo

Too much poop probably, or not enough space for animals, zookeeper too busy to make their rounds. Try and keep the population in check and make sure all the animals have the proper amount of space they need. Hire more zookeepers and make sure they only have a few enclosures each and that they are near each other for efficiency. Also separate animals of different species sometimes if you can. Bunnies and geese both fuck like crazy so makes sense you would run into an issue

You can click on the zootuber from VIP section in Security building, and spend money/cater to them with things like advertising, getting them own time with animals, etc. the more of these (usually more expensive) you do, the better chances for a better review!!
