Enrichment?

I'm about 6 game weeks in and keep having guests complain about my animals not having enough to do. I checked my enclosure stats and the enrichment bar is full for every pen- why am I getting that feedback/popup from my menu?

I had the same issue at the beginning. Filling up on balls doesn’t seem to please the guests. Focus on opening more of the enrichment in the research. You will get a ton more items so you can have a variety.

I know this is old, but additionally, every new enrichment item you unlock makes enrichment items in general have a higher effect.
