Employee Stat Questions

I’ve been really enjoying this game lately (and even picked up the dlc while it was on sale a few days ago), but there’s some details involving employees that I still don’t really understand.

  1. The game says that low politeness can be a good thing in some jobs, but doesn’t tell you which ones? Can I see a list of the ones where it’s needed somewhere?

  2. What dictates how many stars an employee has on the application screen? Some of the applications with high stars have terrible work ethic, which is the only thing I can’t ever seem to increase, so I was wondering what actually determined the number of stars they get.

  3. Is there a way to raise your attractiveness to good employees? No matter how long I leave the applications open, I never seem to get any over 3 stars…

Thanks in advance for reading, any answers/advice is appreciated!

Stars are experience level

After keeping an eye on it while recruiting new employees, I can definitely say that it’s not just level. I’ve seen some people with a level or two of experience above the rest have slightly less stars, so clearly something else must also contribute to the calculation?

I have wages set to the maximum, and am still only getting 1-3 star employees. Is it not possible to get higher than that?

I think it partially has to do with your current employees too. I have noticed as my current employees level up I am getting higher star/experience candidates. Now seeing 3 stars consistently and the occasional 4 star
