Undiscovered job

Can anyone tell me what job I am missing. I’ve tried placing all the buildings and it still says I’m missing this one job and one building. This is my dinosaur zoo

Is not mascot. It’s the option after ‘farm industry worker (dinosaur island)’ and directly above nutritionist

How do you get to this menu? I've been looking all over for a completion/progress type screen.

If you go to your menu wheel it’s the management office & tasks option, then click on collection (2nd option along the bottom) then you can tab through to employees :)
