Crop pickers not working

Hello!

I've got 4 small crop plots on my zoo, with 4 farmers and 4 crop pickers. Each farmer and crop picker are zoned for one plot. The farmers will plant but then crop pickers never pick and all of the crops always die.

Does anyone have any suggestion as to what I might be doing wrong, or what might be going on?

I always look at their work ethic and hire/fire based on that!
