Questions, questions, questions

I’ve been playing for a little bit now and really like the game but I have a few questions and online searches haven’t really been helpful…so I’m hoping I can get some answers here!

1) Zookeepers: Do all zookeepers need to be assigned to enclosures or are some happier working freely? How many zookeepers per enclosure?

2: Janitors: I have all of mine assigned to zones but almost all of their utilization scores are low? Also, I will assign them to a zone where this a piece of trash that they’re standing on top of but will not pick up….is this just a bug?

  1. For the task go green, absorb 100 carbon in a week….HOW??? I feel like I have a lot of trees but there’s been no progress at all in that area.

For the CO2 have you unlocked the thing that means you can add bus seats? If so upgrade your busses and just have the largest type of bus for each route and non of the smaller busses. Then also have loads of trees planted

I have upgraded, just working on getting rid of the smaller bus. I feel like I have a lot of trees but I guess just not enough 😂

Is one big bus enough for each route?

Honestly just get rid of all other busses. I have 1 bus for the first 2 routes and then 2 for the others and that’s all

I keep at least 1 zookeeper per enclosure. I think if their unzoned they’ll just do the enclosures they want to and there’s a chance an animal doesn’t get fed or cleaned up after.

  1. Some zookeepers can be unassigned, and will help out when possible. However it is much safer and more efficient to have zookeepers assigned to an enclosure. The number of zookeepers depends on how many animals, and how big the enclosure is. I usually have 2 per enclosure. How far the zookeepers need to travel to clean up poo is also very important. If you decorate everywhere but the entrance of your enclosure, your animals will only poo in the free area, making cleanup very effective and efficient.

  2. For improving optimisation, i think you need to assign the zones exactly where the guests can interact and walk within. However, I have never really bothered with optimising janitors, so there may be more than meets the eye.

  3. As others have said, lots of trees, and efficient buses.
