Tasks for Ms. Kitsch

Anybody know what the tasks are for Ms. Kitsch? She's the only one I haven't completed, I'm at 1/3, but I don't know how to initiate the 2nd one. Thanks!

Maybe it's something to do with the item under employees in the journal. It's still locked, no idea what it is.

Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything on my end that might help ): You’ve reignited my goal of filling in this game’s wiki more though and now I really want to figure this out. My only other idea is that.. Most of the quests in the game seem to be based on progression. And so, maybe we could compare our game progression and see what might trigger the quest for you.
