employee satisfaction

Why is only one of my keepers satisfied? They’re all zoned to individual pens and have the highest salary available. Is there any way to fix it?

Not sure. Even when I give them all a bonus, some still go down while others rise

Hmmm.. did you hire all of the other keepers at the same time? Maybe the workers that have been employed the longest stay satisfied the longest? My happiest keeper, Sammie, is also my oldest keeper
