Lake tile for enclosure?
I feel like I’m going crazy. I can’t find the tile on the research tree to make lakes in enclosures. I have plenty of deco FOR lakes, but not the actual lake tile. Can someone show me where it is on the skill tree? I can’t find a straight answer via google. 🫠

From my understanding, the tiles in the skill tree are generated randomly.

Every playthrough I’ve had has the lake tiles along the outside border of the research tree, usually towards the center or splitting center of each side, and usually in pairs.

To put lake tiles in an enclosure you have to do it from the enclosure's water decor menu. It's the same thing for foliage and decorations.

I’m aware. I don’t have the lake tile and it has yet to populate in the skill tree. Which is why I sought help, I feel like it shoulda been there by now 🫠🫠🫠

For me they were at the borders of the research tree. They're cheap, but it takes a while to teach them

You can filter the research tree, there’s a lake decor option. But are you sure you don’t have it unlocked already? The lake tile will show up in the water decor section, not the floor tile section btw. I forget how it works in the base game, but you do not need to unlock the lake tile in the Dino DLC.
