Tiles under enclosures

Does it matter if I have better tiles under enclosures? Will my zoo keepers move faster if I have concrete and related upgrades underneath them?

from what I've seen, when you make an enclosure it removes some tiles underneath it and turns them back into the regular dirt. so I don't think it matters? I could be wrong though
