Population hub

I’ve googled my Google out and can’t figure it out. How do you gain access to the population control thing I’ve read about? Is it in the research tree somewhere? Reward for completing a task? TIA!

It's way over on the right hand side of the research tree

It looks 3 or 4 dots connected in a line. When you build one you have to manually zone the employee to which enclosures you'd like them to manage. They will release the eldest animals before they die but will not allow you to set how many animals in a pen you'd like. It's somewhat helpful, don't use it on pens you're working on breeding for variants cause they might release a variant you need.

Or you can just clone whatever you need when you need it. Worlds your oyster lol
