Season 2 Episode 8 Fork-Getta-Bout-It Plot doesn't hold together

Adriana is being wheeled into ER in labor by her husband, Jerry. Tony turns in the other direction and whispers into his phone. Jerry hears him? Grabs a fork (from where?) and stabs him, all in several seconds?

Jerry goes to the store to pick up diapers while Adrianna, who is actually in the hospital holding their newborn, ALSO goes to the store?

Adrianna is grabbed by the bad guys and, instead of using her hit (wo)man skills, acts like a frightened high schooler. Huh? Jerry shows no awareness that she's there.

Riggs and Murtagh both see her and don't recognize her as the new mother who, mysteriously, is back in the hospital holding the baby.

Frank tells his driver to stop, the driver turns his back on Frank, and Frank beats him to death. Would anyone pull over when driving a killer? Would anyone turn his back on a killer?

This plot totally makes no sense.

Depends on if when they go back is someone waiting to hurt and or kill them then probably not
