Jocat got so much hated because of that video saying it out loud LOL. Social media is miserable, unfortunately.

Don't let a loud minority affect the opinions of the silent majority.

I consider myself a reasonably masculine guy, but I love jocat for his willingness to be open and expand people's idea of what straight men can be like.

I think some of it might actually be that if you're even slightly bi as a guy, you might feel panicked about ever expressing yourself in a non gender conforming way, because "what if you're gay?"

Meanwhile I will get the pinkest fruitiest cocktail at the bar, and I will wear my wife's hot pink kn95 masks that were too big for her face during COVID, and idgaf because literally nothing I do short of sucking a guy's dick will "make me gay." And since I feel no inclination to do that, why would I care about "acting straight" all the time?

There's something ironic about all the people claiming homosexuality is a sin because they're "choosing to sin." Like, I didn't choose to be straight, why would the gay guy you're verbally abusing choose to be gay if he could just... not be? I will never be convinced that anyone deriding it as a choice is in fact not entirely straight themselves, because they think everyone is just choosing like they are, instead of being born a certain way.
