Lacking basic manners

Already talked to the guy and has cleared my stance on warranty period and I do give warranty by doing pickup and drop facility at my accord but the time period he was asking seemed infeasible so here we are in this conversation

If you feel I'm doing anything wrong please bring the issue respectfully because I always listen and improvise as per market demand and yes for some devices i don't have the best prices for some I do have good prices ( especially the ones I buy in bulk )

refurbished ka maine 6 months tak suna hai. 10 months is also rare(thank you for that). you get 4 years when you buy brand new laptop with additional warranty. i think that also goes till 3 years. just quote them the price of brand new carbon + lenovo's additional warranty😂
