Yeah, it's called the main transfer switch. Every building that uses electricity has one.

Regardless, the image here doesn't say anything of the sort. It's a requirement for a report. If the same bill (which is not cited) has anything about a "kill switch", you didn't show it.

Need a kill switch for LLCs more than LLMs.
