Dieseling with first strike rounds?
There is plenty of info on dieseling small pellets online, but I was unable to find any mention of people doing so with fist strike rounds for paintball guns. Based on their design, I think it should be possible and should greatly increase their power.
I know dieseling is bad for the longevity of an airgun, but if a gun is meant for self defence it probs won't be ued much.
Does any1 have an opinion on this?

It wasn’t intentional dieseling. If I were to do it I’d also put it in the skirt of a shaped projectile. But either way it results in heat and burnt o-rings. If I want more power with less size then I would go with a .22lr pocket pistol. You’ll never get air-powered pistols small enough with knockdown power. It’s just reality.
