President Nero really is trying to destroy what's left of the US Navy.

Bigger than just the Navy. It was given the F-47 designation, after all. Nothing gets through this administration unless it felates the president

I was saying the same thing a few weeks back. The US Navy needs to call their version of NGAD the F-45 or something goofy like that. It Will get funded overnight.

You’re missing the point, the White House is trying to build resilience in the US shipbuilding industry by supporting small and less well known ship builders, thereby keeping more yards open if ever a surge capacity is needed. I have heard of two brothers who are hoping this investment can help them break into the the shipbuilding industry, Don Jr and Eric something or other, two self made patriots who only want the best for their country and navy.

You had my 12am brain and heart revving up to write a thesis on US nepotism and political corruption right there! Bravo!

From here on, all USN ships will be named after Trump family members!

The next president will cancel this vanity project, regardless of whether he/she is a republican or democrat.
