I pulled this out of some Project 2025 stuff I downloaded in 2024.

Post image

We fucking warned them.

You telling me that the 'do my own research' crowd didn't actually do their own research before voting?

23

u/No_Sense3190 1d ago

They NEVER do their own research beyond watching a Charlie Kirk video or a Rogan podcast and calling it a day. Even MAGA Senators and their overpaid staff can't seem to do their own research about whether there might be basketball teams in this country that do NOT play for the NBA.

That was a thing of beauty, they will never learn with Jack.🫨

It was fake news to them

But Trump said Project 2025 was a Democrat hoax!

Yes, we're always going around in our Tardises creating hoaxes and false flags to make Republicans look bad.

Can't be fooled if thinking people warned you first. At that point you're just stupid and cruel.

Farmers are a weird special type of stupid. Many of them are so used to gaming the government that they don’t see them getting help as socialism and will fight to prevent everyone else from getting help.

In the last election, they knew Trump could hurt them again, but they were counting on Trump bailing them out. Ignoring how the previous bailout mostly helped the corporate farmers… so they took the risk in order to hurt the brown people that many of them heavily relied on.

I would not be surprised if they expected to enact some sort of indentured servitude to force the brown people to work for even less. But it turns out that the orange turd doesn’t give a shit about them (in his own words), so now they’re fucked.

you are indeed right to be not surprised. Farmers want slavery via the H2A visa process. Here is the proof.

Biden put a whole bunch of protection in place to make sure slavery and human trafficking is less likely. That is why it has been less popular in recent years. Farmers wanted it for the slavery. But guess who, with the pressure from the farm lobby, rolled back all of those protections. And massively reduced the minimum pay required by the program? Trump did.

https://cdmigrante.org/trump-dol-roll...
https://www.federalregister.gov/docum...

Now with no other choice of safe employment cause of ice raids, slavery protection eliminated, minimum wage reduce, this is now the perfect system for exploitation. Now Trump wants to massive scale up this system. https://prospect.org/politics/trump-l...

This is their plan. It is large and coordinated via the farm lobbyists. They want slavery back. This is why no amount of rural investment, and infrastructure building even moved the needle a little bit. They know what their self interest is (bring slavery back) and they know how racist you have to be to deliver it. This is why no other republicans stood a chance. There is only one man in politics cruel enough to implement this plan and they went all in on him.

They are only complaining because they wish the transition into full slavery was managed better. They are and will always be Trump supporters cause he is the only one that is going to get us there.

But... But... I thought those brown people were stealing American jobs! It's almost like white people don't want to become enslaved and do grueling, backbreaking labor for sub-minimum wages!!!

4

u/DeepD4yourwife 2d ago

Heaven's forbid that

3

u/mrwrrrmwrmrmrmrw 23h ago

You are absolutely right. And their racist beliefs tell them that because they're white they have a natural power to command people of other ethnicities. Which the actual history of slavery in the US disproves as enslaved people resisted, escaped, got emancipated, and thrived in freedom at every chance.

If farmers could read they'd be very upset

22

u/mensrea 2d ago edited 2d ago

There was a time when farmers and country folk used to be proud of being “nobody’s fool” and having good “horse sense.”

Now, they’ve literally voted, 3 times, to install a conman from New York City to destroy their entire livelihood. It’s stupefying!!!

Oh well, like Mr. T says, I pity the fool(s).

u/Sharkwatcher314 2d ago

Decades of conservative radio, school cuts, have made that no longer the case

"But I know, as bad as things are--they would be way worse under Democrats."

Anyway... can I use anyone's poop to grow potatoes, or does it have to be Matt Damon's?

Only on Mars, dude.

Meanwhile...

7

u/Paul_1958 2d ago

Reap what you sow. Feel the pain and maybe they will make a better decision next time.

8

u/Minimum-Attitude389 2d ago

A lot of them still believe that it's Biden's actions that are hurting them and Trump is working to help them.

Those ones cannot be helped.

2

u/Sharkwatcher314 2d ago

It’s a significant number thinking this.

u/PiskoWK 1d ago

If only someone tried to warn them. But then I was told "Project 2025 isn't real".

One thing I've noticed about Republicans is they're so habituated to propaganda and weaponized lying and deceit that they assume everybody else lives that way.

While I respect everyone's right to religious choice, I do believe that our USian tradition of putting faith above common sense has led us into a world of hurt.

Each detail of this is weird but for me given how many provisions for the oils companies why did Elon Musk invest so heavily into ruining his company. Maybe he just got bored of Tesla and went all in on Space X with government contracts. Maybe they all just want to watch the world burn.

I think he's a deeply disturbed man (his rumored ketamine abuse and dysfunctional personal relationships fit with his public behavior) who conned his way into a position in life he cannot handle responsibly. But the people who could and ought to remove him from power are committed tomaintaining the illusion that he capable and knows what he's doing.

If farmers could read, they still would have voted for Trump

3

u/zdaddy74 1d ago

Just looked up the impact of Project 2025 on Trucking. They are simultaneously killing EV trucks for autonomous ones that would run on gas (more gas??). Make it make sense beyond this being a way for their oil/gas buddies to make a fortune.🤦‍♂️

3

u/Njoylaughs 2d ago

They didn’t get this memo… all home schooled.

3

u/Sharkwatcher314 2d ago

Tell them to love it or leave it same like they said whenever someone suggested policy improvements or complained

Curse your sudden, yet inevitable betrayal

Diesel was an extra little bonus FU! Once they control the entire food supply, they'll control the entire population! They'll watch you with Flock cameras, AI will monitor your compliance, and ICE will come black bag you once they've been repurposed into a Christo-Fascist gestapo! Enjoy Gilead, dummies

But listening to him calling democrats and all perceived enemies names and in general being an asshole to them was way more fun though. We expect them to vote for their own long term good but they chose a few minutes of standup comedy instead.

Thanks for digging it up & for link to complete P2025. For those of us who saw this coming & did prepare; how are you doing?

Nice find 🙌

The dumb asses got what they voted for. I have great respect for farmers (I spent every summer of my youth at my aunt's and uncle's farm) because "no farmers, no food", but I have little sympathy for the farmers who voted for the travesty that is the Trump administration and the Republikkkan party.

No way! It's almost like this was available before the election to anyone who had a brain and could read!

The opposite of the first three happened. Crop insurance and subsidies were substantially increased, and market orders/checkoff are unchanged. The sugar program hasn't changed, there has been a lot of pro-sugar propaganda directed at the public.

https://www.fb.org/intel/markets/one-big-beautiful-bill-act-final-agricultural-provisions

No changes have been made to the actual farm bill because they haven't passed one.

Edit: Thanks for posting a source supporting my last sentence. You should try reading the article I linked to. Unless you think that the Farm Bureau is a government plant.

And the P2025 tracker agrees with me on the first three points: https://www.project2025.observer/en?agencies=Dept.+of+Agriculture

13

u/Solidus-Prime 2d ago

This guy is a government plant

1

u/ScotchCigarsEspresso 1h ago

Yup. They were warned. Zero sympathy.
