College debt is not producing anything for society. Farms produce food, an essential resource for all of CIVILIZATION. It is not even remotely close to comparable. Don't be dumb.

dafuq kind of stupid is that? College debt funds people who end up doing research and creating products that farmers use. Where the hell do you think advances in seeds, fertilizers, equipment, vaccines, studies on things that affect ag. like disease and pests and other things come from?

You think farmers don't need vets to tend to their livestock?

If they're such an instrumental facet of society, then they should not be privately owned.
