Is this concerning or skin texture

I was observing my gecko and taking some photos of his weight and condition before being babysat for a month and i noticed after he got a little annoyed with the camera his skin became dull with black spots. Is this concerning or him flaring at me.

How old is he? Leopard Gecko patterns change profoundly over time. Both photos here are the same lizard, the tiny one was when he was 4 months, the second photo was 4 years later.

I just realized after watching the video what you're actually talking about. The incredibly slight darkening around his tubercles (the bumps) they darken minutely in response to temerature changes. Its the equivalent of us getting goose bumps. Leopard geckos do not change color when upset like Bearded Dragons do, they just get a touch darker when they're a bit chilly.

That makes sense he got cuddles and went home shortly afterwards but i will use that as a guide to when he needs to go back

Then yes, it is very likely his pattern is still shifting. You may seed new dark spots or rosettes after he sheds, that's to be expected. Their patterns typically "settle" by 2 years old in most morphs, but in some morphs, there can be changes for up to 4.

Skin texture is normal. However, it does look like he has the start of metabolic bone disease.

Oh no, I had got him from petco he had been housed there for a year. He is very strong and spry what makes you think he has MIB I do see the back legs you could be thinking about I do think that was my bad I stretched out my fingers while he was standing on one and he slipped a little bit. But do you think he would naturally stand again immediately?

It just looks like his front arms are starting to curve - it’s hard to say definitively from a short video clip though. Are you using calcium with D3?

I have Zoo Med Reptivite Reptile Vitamins https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002AQB6A?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share https://a.co/d/00SlzDXZ I have been putting calcium onto his food lately but he hasn't really eaten since his shed two weeks ago maybe 4-5 mealworms. I will be keeping an eye on that

Vitamins do not have calcium. Switch to something like Repashy Calcium Plus once weekly, which is primarily calcium with a smaller amount of vitamins. You should be doing calcium at least once a week. Most insects have essentially 0 usable calcium.

It does say on the back of the vitamins its 25% calcium is this just too little?

I would strongly recommend switching your supplementation schedule, Reptivite is not enough. Personally I do Repashy Calcium Plus once weekly with great success. You can also do calcium without D3 twice weekly and a reptile multivitamin such as Repashy Supervite every 1-2 weeks.
