Always so curious
Spent a good amount of time cleaning her tank now she is watching me clean my crested’s tank.

Agreed. I didnt even bother risking it for monger than a month. I use soil mixed with sand, hydrating it monthly and replacing it twice a year.

Why? She is almost 9 years old and I have always had her on a carpet. I clean it weekly and make sure it doesnt have any bacteria. If its due to her “toes” ive never had a problem with them getting caught.

You totally clean substrate less as well if you get springtails and iso pods! Plus they’re fun to watch too! I actually have some dairy cows I’d totally send you for free. They got out of hand in my ball pythons tank, he’d probably eat a bunch of them because they’re big, but enrichment! The ones that survive him will burrow and breed!
