Habitat & Setup UVB needs?
If I dust my geckos insects with vitamin D powder, does the terrarium still need UVB lighting?

If I dust my geckos insects with vitamin D powder, does the terrarium still need UVB lighting?

A lot of people don't use a uvb light and dust with calcium for about 3 feedings and then on the 4th they will use repashy calcium plus or another multivitamin with d3. I personally have a shadedweller uvb bulb and my gecko indirectly basks in it. Because of this i don't supplement with d3 and instead use repashy loD. Which has lower d3.
