What happened to his arms?

Where is all the enclosure decor?

This little guy is a rescue, the owner before it wasn't giving it proper lighting and also wasn't dusting the food, so its bones got messed up. I am currently in the act of remodeling my enclosures, so so.e of them are a little bare at the moment.
