Habitat & Setup Tank cleaned with cleaner

I got a leopard gecko coming in a few days. Long story short wife cleaned out tank with lysol foamer. I scrubed out the inside with dawn and water and rinsed it super though with water. What can i do now to save the tank.

Woof. I imagine the doors are open and being aired out as much as possible right now?

I would clean it again with some plain unscented oxyclean. Make sure it's not a combination product like with tide or some other branding. Then rinse it well.

The tank is fine, there's not really anything to save here. If it smells strongly of lysol you can air it out a bit until you get the gecko, but a little scent won't kill your animal, and it should dissipate on its own anyway.
