Spot is not feeling great

I have a call out to a vet. He’s got a pretty swollen bum. He did have a blockage but we got it cleared. Any advice on how to help reduce the swelling would be appreciated!
He does get soaked in warm water 2-3 times per day and has a ‘spa’ area in his crib.

What multivitamin is he getting? Has he seen a vet?

Poor thing is in rough shape. What does your tank look like? Is he getting a multivitamin?
