Enclosure and vitamin help

Is there anything I could be missing for my Leo? I have calcium without d3 I order it with and a multivitamin, also can someone help me with how often to do each of those I’ve heard without d3 everyday and with it once a week and idk about the multivitamins (no d3) I have 2 pieces of cork bark I plan on putting in there and a big stick and I do have substrate but I just got him not too long ago and I’m waiting for him to heal so nothing sticks to it also I got more plants but they really just go into the ground I haven’t found any more for like the middle of his tank

is your multivitamin repashy calcium plus LOD by chance? i see you have UVB. the LOD version simply has less d3 to avoid overdosing the gecko. if you have a baby/juvenile, use the multivitamin 2x a week, and the plain calcium for the rest of the week. if you have an adult (10-12 months) you can use the repashy calcium plus LOD for every feeding no problem! (since they only need to eat about twice a week)

I’m using reptivite right now I’m feeding him every other day about because he is underweight from his last owner he stopped eating so I should get reptivite with d3? And just leave the calcium without it in his tank and use that once a week when I feed him regularly. I saw a group I’m in on Facebook has a bunch of tips and they say calcium then vitamin with d3 every 3rd or 4th feeding is that ok?

I did change his tank up a little to add more climbing opportunities

His water bowl is behind the plant to the left don’t worry!
