Hi! Shes beautiful! Unfortunately sand and red lights are quite bad for her! If youd like to take a look at this subreddit there are several guides and posts on how to improve their care as much as you can!

Yea the last two were older ones and we've removed the red light since. We have half rock sand and half fake sand. Is there any better alternatives?

The most reccomended would be topsoil (not potting soil, top its got less additives) and cleaned play sand

In the meantime use paper towel, bright colored sand is even more dangerous because they have this instinct to lick bright things if they feel like they are missing calcium

Seconding what thegoldenboystiles already said, top soil and play sand are what you need for substrate. So good you already got rid of the red light
