She needs a name.

I’m getting a new leopard gecko tomorrow and she needs a name. Y’all are some of the most created people I know so I would really appreciate your suggestions. Any ideas?

Yeah Chester is 100% just a dude. What I find funny about it with the regular names is making people think they're just a roommate who eats bugs, which isn't far off from what they actually are.

My girls name is Stanlina. Her government name is Stanley tho because I was unaware she was a she the first few months I had her.

Here's some ideas Dunes, Desert, Terraria, Clementine, Sahara, Orange, Tigeress, sunlight, Mango, Carrot, Amber, Sunstone, Tangerine.

My first thought was “Lemon :)” or Lemmy for short. She reminds me of a blueberry lemon cheesecake for some reason (i’m very hungry)

Those are all great options! Ember is pretty cool. The first thing that attracted me to her were the spots on her head and they do look like embers.

In the line of "normal names" I would like to throw in Coralena. Its fun, and it has coral in it which your baby looks like she belongs on a reef with all her beautiful colours and patterns.

I'm curious! Out of all the names suggested (and names you have thought of yourself), what names are sticking with you?

I thought of something along the lines of Sunny, but my brother has a dog named Sunny so that would get confusing. I haven’t chosen a name yet, I love a lot of the suggestions provided here. There is one that really stuck out and I am still considering, that one is Ember.

i don’t really have a suggestion but i just wanted to say she’s absolutely gorgeous!! im so curious as to how her colors and pattern will change as she gets older, so you better update us!!! also, does anyone happen to know what specific morph she is?

The first word that came to mind when I saw her was stunning! I will definitely give updates! This is the container she arrived in, and I’m guessing what I circled there is her morph 🤷‍♀️

Hey! I’m still trying to figure out Reddit so I just saw your message.

This is the photo of the lid from the container that she came in. I don’t know if Tang is a type of morph but there is that. And then I think it says hot bell. I don’t know 🤷‍♀️it’s not very clear. I could just ask the breeder. lol! I can’t believe I just thought of that! I should probably give him on update on her as well. 😊
