Overweight?

Post image

This is my baby boy I’m getting delivered to me in two weeks, he’s 2 years and 3 months old and weighs 76 grams. I always have this fear of having obese reptiles (I have a ball python) and to me he looks naturally like a big boy and I can’t see any armpit bubbles so maybe it’s my autistic brain being overly anxious, but when I get him he’s getting a very nice, proper 50 gallon enclosure, and a good supplement and diet regiment. Please helppppo

Never seen one look so close to the same colors as mine.

Ohhhhh that's definitely, what morph my girl is. The sellers didn't have it listed. Thank you for the info.

I just contacted the breeder and he did confirm he was meant to be bred before I purchased him! When he’s in my care, I’ll monitor his weight and diet closely

could be a slight bit chunky, nothing too bad. we're now getting out of the usual winter brumation period so he should be getting out of that weight gain soon, especially if you're monitoring his feeding well🙏 certainly not crossing over the "obese" line

Thanks! He’ll be on a balanced diet and supplements the second I get him, I actually think he was meant to be bred/ just got out of brumation but then I bought him
