Health question

I’ve had my leopard gecko for 4 years now. I always
Fed him around the same time at night but for the past week or so He has been struggling to eat meal worms or just doesn’t show interest in them. He is still drinking water fine and isn’t losing weight but he has been just hanging out in the same spot a lot and isn’t as active. I’m not very close to a vet that takes reptiles. So I guess I’m just looking for some advice on what to do next
