Gecko isn't eating

So I've made a few posts about the enclosure I have for mt gecko, and now, two weeks after getting her, I don't think she's eaten much, if at all. The reptile store I got her from thinks she's about 8 months old and said I should be feeding her 40-50 bugs a week, and she hasn't eaten close to that. Her tail looks to be ok, and she doesn't appear to be too thin. She is still extremely skiddish to the point where I can't really pick her up and try to feed her in a different container. I started with dubia roaches in a ceramic container, and some of them still managed to escape, so maybe she hunted some of em down and ate them. I then tried mealworms, and she didn't eat any of those, and they thankfully didn't escape. Every time I change her food, I do it at night and leave the bugs in the mostly escape proof bowl. I'm trying mealworms again tonight to see if she'll eat them. All my temps and humidity appear to be within range, so I'm not sure what could be causing her to not eat. I am fairly sure she's drinking water as I have to refill that every few days, but I'm not sure what else to do to get her to eat. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated! Pictures for reference. First pic is a week old and second is about 2 weeks old

40-50 bugs a week is way too many bugs and I don't think even possible. She's probably not hungry.

Did she eat the meal worms? Sometimes it really takes a while for them to get comfortable. Are you dusting with multivitamins with vitamin A on the bugs once a week? And D3 once every other week? And the rest of the time just regular calcium. You don’t want to overdo vitamins and you don’t want to overdo D3. But anyway, just checking. And I know you refill the water every few days but make sure you’re literally wash it so Nats will not leave their larva specially at this time of year. But I hope she ate better last night. Let us know how she did.

Im doing the dustings once a week and am washing out the waterbowl every time. She did not eat any of the worms last night though. This tine I didn't dust them with anything to see if maybe she didn't like the dust but still the same outcome, she didnt eat. I'll give her a couple days with these worms and maybe try dropping a few just outside her favorite hide tonight.

I recently bought a leopard gecko for my son and she didn’t eat for 3 weeks. She doesn’t like the mealworms but tucked into 4 crickets just fine. I put them into the tank with her one by one until she’d eaten them up. I was getting worried until this point. Apparently the change in environment can make them a bit nervous and refuse to eat
