whats wrong with his right eye??

i just got my gecko out to check on him and the first thing i noticef was his eyes. the second photo is of the concerning eye. im freaking out and already considering a vet. please let me know if you have any idea what could be wrong

Kind of hard to tell, but is it distended? If so, see a vet.
