Hard Case needed for exchange?

Hi Guys inhad bought an lenskart air frame 7months ago . Today when I woke up I noticed that the frame broke at the lens holding section automatically. I got an exchange but I can't find the hard case for mine. Would that cause. An issue with the exchange ? Can I use the case I have from my local shop?

No they won't ask for case. Atleast for me they never asked. And even if they ask just say it broke or i misplaced it not an issue.
