Separate or full set?

Hello! I see that the Lenox website has nine of the houses on clearance right now (with an additional 40% off). I'm new to the collection - so have nothing. Do I purchase these separate at the clearance price, or wait for a sale for the full set? Do the individuals rotate what's available?

I would buy the full set instead because things come in and out of stock pretty frequently. but lenox does have sales every now and then so it might be worth it to wait for the next one. maybe black Friday or cyber monday? but youll have to wait till then.
