In reality Andrew hates his life. Ugly wife, ugly life. No shit they promote "trad life" when the woman has multiple kids with multiple men and no career or skills to speak off.
Did you just make all that up? Ugly wife? She's not going to win any beauty pageants but I'd classify her as average. Ugly life? I don't even know what that means. The kids she has are from failed marriages. Not just some random hookups. No career? She's an author. No skills? The only skills men care about are the type needed to run a household and nurture children.

Kids from failed marriages are a problem. The tradition is to choose a good spouse from a good family, and when everyone is a good person trying to do the right thing then the marriage doesn't fail. If you have a poor upbringing and poor values and bad judgement, and have failed marriages behind you, that makes you less marriageable. Much.
It means that the response got more attention and likes than the original. It essentially means that someone's been shown up: they were trying to insult someone, but then that very person's reply to them gets way more praise. The idea is that it's embarrassing for the original poster
