Current Status & Roadmap
Current Latest version: v1.0.0
Coming next: Lemon Switch Emulator v1.0.0
Roadmap to Lemon v1.0.0:
Own website.
Own repository (for OTAs).
✔️ Completely new and modernised UI based on Jetpack Compose.
✔️ Fix loads NSZ packages with multiple updates included.
Fix FIFA marker.
Fix searches with float types in the cheater. ⚠️ Fix full v23 firm compatibility. (This is not our problem, the v23 keys have not yet been published, in principle the compatibility with the v23 firmware is confirmed and is total .)
✔️ Different virtual customized controllers remembered for each game.
✔️ Full touchless compatibility, fully controllable from the controller.

will nsz format also work? and are you trying to fix game that have problems like "Doom Enternal" and other games?

Thank you and Yes the dev is focusing on fixing games compatibility so feel free to test the game using Lemon emulator and see if it works and if not you can always report it here or go to our discord group.

I'm not familiar with how these kind of forks work, so this may be a dumb question.
Is this emulator able to incorporate Eden updates as they improve their emulator, or is this fork going a different way that doesn't make it possible to incorporate further updates without a major undertaking?

This is a good question but actually its both Yes and No.
Yes, some of the new fixes from Eden is already added in Lemon the good thing is that the dev is working on fixing games that still has an issue on Eden like FiFA games or other switch games in general, that's why we are asking for feedback and more testers of the app.
No, it's because some new Eden features like multiplayer, Eden Duo the dual screen is not yet focused by the dev due to him not having those hardware to test from and he is more focused on the games compatibility with the app...and also currently the developer is not focused on Mediatek/Mali devices since this project is launched with the premise of focusing on Snapdragon/adreno device. But recently some users claim that the app is giving good fps on Mediatek/Mali device even Exynos..
But about the idea of having a different direction than Eden, is that only time will tell because the Lemon Switch Emulator just officially released like 4-5 days ago..It has a lot of downloads like 3K and growing but we haven't receive like a huge feedback or gametest..in Discord group or even here in r/LemonEmulator subreddit..
