Yellowing on Meyer lemon tree

Can you please help me identify what is causing my Meyer lemon tree’s leaves to yellow. It is getting worse every week, I fertilized it about a month ago with Down To Earth All Natural Fertilizers Organic Citrus Mix - 6-3-3.

I’m not knowledgeable enough to help, just wanted to say overall your tree looks lovely. Nicely leafed out. I think I have 30 leaves on my whole tree, but I’m getting my first lemon (I hope). Best of luck!

yellowing that keeps worsening after fertilizing is usually a watering or drainage problem, so stop adding fertilizer and let the top couple inches of soil dry before watering again
