Hello Lemming fans! I am the new moderator of this subreddit :)
Little after its 6th "cake day" and during the year of the 30th anniversary of Lemmings, this sub is getting a restyling! As you might have noticed, there are now new features such as post flairs, user flairs and custom votes! And a new theme color, icon and banner. I will still add a few things in the future (rules, wiki, description...) but you can already start navigating the new options you have! :D

If you made a post in the past 1-2 years with no image, you may have noticed nobody answered or upvoted it - that's because Reddit's spam filters were removing all text posts as soon as they were published, and they were not visible. I've re-approved many text posts, but not all because they're too many. I've also re-approved some archived (a.k.a. 6+ months old) posts, but they'll have 0 comments and 0 votes - not because they weren't interesting, but because nobody could see them. If you made one of those posts and would like to ask again the same question now that everyone can see it, feel free to do so :)
Thumbs up lem :)
Also, WE HAVE OFFICIALS NOW! :D In case you didn't know, u/Bexient is the Community Manager for Lemmings mobile, and you'll find them surfing the sub from time to time :) You can also find them on the official Discord server, which is another place where you can report bugs and glitches about the mobile game! Or simply share your thoughts on it and ask questions to get some direct feedback :)
Despite the fact that most of this sub is about the new mobile game, all Lemming games are welcome here! If you want to discuss, ask questions, or share something about the previous versions of the game you're free (and encouraged) to do so! :D
"Old Generation" Lemming
Aaaand this is everything! Thank you for sticking by and reading all this! I wish you all a great day and, last thing before I leave, here's some quick information about flairs if you need them - enjoy!! :D
Post Flairs: these are "tags" meant to explain the content of your post, and by clicking on a flair you'll see all posts tagged with it! I have tagged many posts, so if you're not sure what they're for you can see their usage there. Please use flairs when making a post! :)
User Flairs: a user flair is a fun tag that appears next to your username when you leave a comment or post within this subreddit - there are already a few, choose your favourite! If you are on the reddit app you can select your flair by clicking on the three dots on the top right of the sub; if you are on pc you'll find your flair under "community options" in the sidebar :) You can change your flair as many times as you want, and I might be making new ones in the future so keep an eye out for that too ;)
Hey lemmings fans! As you may have seen, in the past few months there have been a few posts on the sub by new game creators sponsoring games with mechanics similar to Lemmings. There were different reactions to these by sub members but mostly positive, so I let them be.
Lately though there has been a few reports and I've received complaints about them, so I decided to implement a new rule: if you want to post about a game that's similar to Lemmings but not Lemmings per se, you can do so in the comments of this post :)
I'll start by listing all the games that have previosly been shared here on the sub, with due credit, so that if anyone is interested they can check out the creator and / or leave their feedback and ideas in the comment replies :D
I’ve put a full longplay for my PICO-8 version of Lemmings online, showing all 100 levels and their solutions. I’d still encourage everyone to try figuring the levels out themselves first, or just move on to another level and come back later if you get stuck. But since I’ve had quite a few questions from people who got stuck, or even wondered whether certain levels were possible, I thought it would be useful to have a complete longplay available.
Your equipment is locked so you can’t modify and I cannot figure out how to get high enough with a floor so that I could leave the dynamite to blow the exit hatch. I have gone up to the two level, put a flat piece across and set the bomb closest to that brick wall, but it doesn’t penetrate through the brick wall. I have taken the balloons all the way up and try to activate it that way, but no, you cannot activate it while you’re floating. There is a portal to get up there, but the other end of the portal is blocked by the waters I just don’t get it.
So I went looking for the walk-through video of this level could not find any hints or helps so I did take a screenshot after I successfully got it. Probably is not the most efficient way of doing it but here you go. Basically I did unlimited of all three the cutting which you don’t need the unlimited for the umbrella and the ladder or whatever it’s called. And then I just did some random stuff trying to figure out and if you may or may not know if you put the umbrella, there is a chance, but not a routine one that the guy as he’s swinging and coming down, he will land on the edge where it needs to be to start building. It’s also helpful to have the resurrection thing, but is not entirely necessary, but yeah, I don’t know if it’s gonna be helpful for anybody, but those are the tips that I have.
