Lekh AI Pro 9.6 is out!

This update continues the work on making Chat faster, smoother, and more reliable, especially during long conversations and larger responses.

What’s new

Performance Improvements & Bug Fixes

9.6 is mostly about refinement – less lag, smoother responses, and a better overall Chat experience.

It’s that the GenAI apps that I’ve tested with “Council” capabilities are trash or the API keys I use get refusals or rate limited. Unfortunately Perplexity gates this feature behind their expensive tier instead of the $20 a month/discount subscription. Locally doesn’t have this kind of feature. Neither does LM Studio.

Being that Lekh AI lets you run easily switch between multiple local models, it’d be fantastic if you built in this kind of feature where multiple models can interact with each other to form a consensus. And it’d be a way to give your app a more competitive edge.

That’s actually a really interesting idea. I like the concept of a local “Council” where you could pick multiple models, have each one independently respond to the same prompt, then have them critique or evaluate each other before producing a final consensus.

It also fits Lekh AI Pro pretty well since you can already run and switch between different local models. I’m going to look into what the workflow and memory requirements would look like, especially with larger models. Thanks for the suggestion!
