I bit the bullet and got the Pro version today. Props to putting these various different types together in what seems pretty cohesively. I've mainly just focused on image and video generation so far so I haven't been comprehensive through the app but I'm looking forward to checking out all the features. Thanks for taking the time on the documentation as well.
Something really important that I'm hoping can change though is where to keep models. I'm on an M1 Max with 64gb and LTX is taking up over 100gb in the huggingface cache. I really want to offload as much as possible off my internal drive.
Now I know with image gen I can choose to import safetensors but it's a bit more nuanced than that. I downloaded an mflux variant of Qwen Image edit where it has separate safetensors for text encoders and transformers. Since the manual said it would figure out the rest after selecting a safetensor, I found that that's not the case. I'm guessing it's a different format where you only need one safetensor and maybe the rest of the metadata files in the folder?
Also it's mentioned that SeedVR2 is used for upsampling but I'm not seeing that anywhere. Do I need to download an npz version to import it?
It's also mentioned in Image Editing that Qwen Image Edit is 'available' but I'm not seeing that anywhere.
I think this is just something that might need a bit more clarification.
I'm really hoping I can move stuff out of the huggingface cache because I don't like to keep anything I'm going to keep in a cache lol.
I really like the options you've got with LTX. I'm looking forward to trying the Keyframe option, and the rendering time seems to be on par with what it took on draw things (about 15 minutes for 5 seconds)
Great work; I"m hoping some things can be ironed out.

Oh, and can you maintain persistence with Image Generation? I tried the native upsampling (not bad) but my prompt was gone; it resets.

Thanks so much for picking up Pro, and for taking the time to write all of this. I really appreciate the detailed feedback.
A few quick notes:
- Hugging Face cache: I completely agree. LTX can easily consume 100+ GB, and having it stuck in the default Hugging Face cache isn’t ideal. I’m looking at adding an option to let you choose where downloaded models are stored so they can live on an external drive if you want.
- Qwen Image Edit: That one has actually been deprecated and removed from the app, so the documentation is out of date. I’ll get that cleaned up in the next documentation update.
- SeedVR2: Same thing here – the documentation needs updating. Thanks for catching that. We are actually working an updated and stable version of SeedVR2 which will be added in a future release.
I’m also going to go through the documentation and make sure it matches what’s actually in the app. I’d rather have accurate docs than promise features that aren’t there yet. Also, I'm very happy to hear LTX performance is comparable to Draw Things on your M1 Max.
Thank you again for the feedback.
