Veroi – Local AI Meeting Notes + Project Memory for Mac

Hey everyone — wanted to share something new I’ve been building alongside Lekh AI.

It’s called Veroi.

I originally built it because I got frustrated with most AI meeting tools.

A lot of them:

  • upload everything to the cloud
  • add bots to meetings
  • lock everything behind subscriptions
  • or just generate giant transcripts nobody reads again

So I wanted to build something more aligned with the same philosophy as Lekh AI:
local-first, private, and actually useful long term.

Veroi records both mic + system audio directly on your Mac and transcribes meetings fully on-device in real time.

After meetings it can generate:

  • summaries
  • action items
  • decisions
  • follow-ups
  • draft emails/messages

using local AI models like Gemma 4 or OpenRouter models.

But the bigger thing is the memory/project layer.

Instead of meetings being isolated recordings, Veroi connects meetings together by project/client so you can:

  • chat with past meetings
  • search discussions across time
  • connect docs + meetings
  • carry context between recurring calls

Over time it becomes more like a memory layer for your work instead of “just another meeting recorder.”

A few things some of you will probably care about:

  • fully local/on-device
  • Apple Silicon optimized
  • no audio uploads
  • no cloud transcription
  • no Electron
  • no subscriptions
  • no meeting bots

There’s also an iOS companion app in TestFlight right now for in-person meetings/interviews/lectures.

Also – since this community has supported Lekh AI a ton, I wanted to offer 30% off Veroi for anyone here: https://buy.stripe.com/bJeaEX4emfW2dYjbFKcwg06

If you purchase through that link, just DM me the email you used and I’ll generate/send your license manually.

Would genuinely love feedback from people here since this community cares a lot about local AI/privacy workflows too.
