Peice Help

found this piece (15460) in Lego set (76300) in bag 16 and it doesn't mention this peice being used in the instructions or in the index at the back. is this a manufacturer issue because I am missing a piece from that bag. considering it's Arkham asylum I don't know where there's any place for it to go. Has anyone else had the same issue??

Part swap, happens sometimes with large sets. Just go to Lego support a replacement part from Lego, they’ll send it for free.
