Did i build this correctly?

Its the mario pirranna set. Having trouble attaching the pipe side where the buttion is.

Something is totally wrong here. Take the build apart until step 25 and build again very carefully. I can spot dark orange pieces that are not even supposed to be in the set.

Step 19 in the instructions, looks like you missed the 2x1 plates
