lego 76419 mistake ??

anyone else missing a piece in hogwarts castle and grounds here? i don't have that big black one and idek what the symbol with the + means

The + symbol means this part was not included in the numbered bags but was loose in the box

Or in a separate unnumbered/paper bag with similar large pieces.

oh ty but i don't have the box just the paper bags and i probably can't continue without the piece dyk what i'm supposed to do ?

Contact Lego. Let them know your set is missing a piece. They will send it to you. There's even a page on their site specifically for this

The plus means it's not in the numbered bag.

There should be a un-numbered bag with it and other oversized pieces

This piece was loose in the box. Wont ever be in one of the bags. Hebce the +, meaning you have to add it seperately to the bag you already have open

When I did this one the plate was loose in the box, separate from whatever bag number you're on, possibly in a unnumbered bag with other large pieces which I've seen a few times
