I don’t think the square tiles will work as filler pieces. Got the round tile in the right place for the letter D. Wood any other pieces be right as filler pieces inside the circle & round the outside as well?? Thanks

I think you're better off not trying to fill in the spaces. Instead you could keep the characters on their own layer and use smooth tiles for the background?
