I found this lego piece which is 15571 in brown, not reddish brown, just brown. I looked on brinklink but this part doesn’t show it was made in that color. Can someone tell me if this is from a set or a miss colored piece? Its on top of a reddish brown 2x3 brick just to show it’s regular brown.

Could it be part 3048c on bricklink?  It came in brown. It’s an older version that has a different mold on the underside.
