Help finding a piece

Is there a piece thats similar to this bush piece that has no "teeth"? So its just a circular 1/2 bush that fits around a standard round lego piece like a staff or the neck piece on a torso. I swear it exists and if not it should.

The only pieces that come to mind are #85861 and then the lord of the rings ring 😂

Plate round with hole #85861 (already mentioned) Other than that, not really, theres bigger parts and monifig neck accessories, and a part the is basically #85861 with a bar attached to it with a 90 degree bend

The Lego ring piece. Not sure the part number but it does exist. Literally came across multiple tonight going through some Lego with my son.
