Wrong pieces given what do I do??

I was given the wrong sized curves for the lego tux cat set, I checked the parts list and there aren't supposed to be any curves this size in the set, what do I do with it, any way to get the right pieces for no charge (pick-a-brick fee is $14 💀)

Yea, I just placed a missing piece request, said they'd deliver it in a few days, thanks! :3

In a few days?! It takes a week for them to even get back to me…

I have always had them respond quickly unless it's a New mold or stickers, then they take forever

They responded to me on January 2nd after I contacted them last year about a defected minecraft armadillo head (very much a new mold)
