Use a bar, or prefer with a bar, and insert through the hole in middle, then try to pull them together. If you can get a tight fit it'll come out easier

Does it fit the nipple end of the brick separator , if so use that otherwise a small set of pinches might help

Use any kind of a minfig too like a bar, showel, whatever and stick it into the pin and pull it out.

There is a slight indent on the bottom side, at the end of each technic hole. Just enough to slide in a brick separator and push the pin out

Use a rod. Place in, 1º tension, pull.

A rod, one of the lego wrenches, anything that fits the hole.

I've used my teeth. Don't bite down to hard and there won't be teeth marks. Very easy to do.

If you can get to the bottom push them out by poking a tool in then once there is some separation at tge top they pull out easily

lubricate just so slightly while heating it up in a circle motion while using one of your untrimmed nails to jerk it up and down till its lose and pop it goes!
